No Truth In Rumours About Savyasachi

Speculations about 'Savyasachi' began doing rounds since the past few days. They kept increasing as Naga Chaitanya's other film 'Sailaja Reddy Alludu' completed shoot except for a song despite going on floors much lately than 'Savyasachi'. The fact is that there is nothing to worry about the Chandoo Mondeti-directorial.
Few combination scenes involving several artistes were supposed to be shot for 'Savyasachi'. The shoot has been delayed a bit for the call sheets of all the artistes. Rumours of re-shoot were completely baseless.
Madhavan who will be playing antagonist in 'Savyasachi' met with an accident. He was advised bed rest for two months by the doctors. The Chocolate Boy recovered from the injury recently and joined the shoot. Even his portions will be completed in the ongoing 10-days schedule.
Promotions and Release Date will be planned after completion of entire shoot. There is tremendous demand for 'Savyasachi', which is the costliest movie in Naga Chaitanya's career (Rs 30 crore budget), in the trade circles. While Andhra Rights were sold out for Rs 9.5 crore, Ceded fetched Rs 3 crore. Over Rs 1 crore was offered for Karnataka Rights. This is huge considering the market of Naga Chaitanya. Distributors are pinning hopes on Chandoo Mondeti's calibre & Mythri Movie Makers brand image.
