Naga Shourya To Work With New Directors

Naga Shourya tasted his biggest success with Chalo, early this year. It is produced by his own production house and it became a huge hit, in his career.
Later, he decided to work with Srinivas Chakravarthy for @Nartanasala and this is being produced by his own production house too.
After this one, he will work on Nari Nari Naduma Murari to be directed by debutant Raja Kolusu and Ghana to be directed by Ramana Teja.
Both will be produced by different production houses and he is also planning two more movies with debutants.
Why he is going for debutants and new directors more? Is he trying to repeat Chalo success formula?
Well, Shourya team said that he is trying to give new talent more chances as he remembers how he struggled earlier in his career.
Also, Shourya team clarified that he will work with established directors as well after he completes his commitments and he is in talks with few of them, too.
