Nagarjuna's 'Wild Dog' Day1 Collections!

After a small gap, King Nagarjuna is back on the big screen again with an interesting film titled 'Wild Dog'. Based on the true terrorist attacks, 'Wild Dog' is an action movie and Nag plays the role of ACP Vijay Varma. The film released this Friday to a decent response from both audience as well as the critics. Nagarjuna and team promoted the film aggressively through all platforms available.
But it seems like 'Wild Dog' got a dull opening as it managed to get only 1.16 crores on its first day in the Telugu states. The collections in Nizam were 51 lakhs while it 18 lakhs in Ceded region. The film got 4 lakhs from Nellore while it bagged 15 lakhs from Krishna and Guntur collectively. It minted 15 lakhs in Vizag and the money from East and West Godavari combined was 13 lakhs.
The overseas collections are yet to be known but they are quite low for a Nagarjuna film. This may be due to Nag's recent track record and 'Wild Dog' not being a regular entertainer. We need to wait and see if the collections pick up in the coming days or not.
