Bombshell moves Court to stay in Rented House

Actress Namitha has been staying in a rented accommodation in Nungambakkam since the past few years. Differences cropped up between the bombshell and the house owner Karuppaiah Nagendran over the Rent Payments. The owner has imposed December 31st as the deadline for Namitha to vacate the house. It's been reported that she was even threatened to move out.
Few days ago, Namitha has lodged a police complaint in this regard. However, Lack of satisfactory action forced her to move 13th Assistant Citi Civil Court. She claimed that Owner has been forcing her to vacate the house despite paying Rs 15,000 of rent per month.
The Court issued an interim stay allowing Namitha to remain in the rented house till January 12th, 2017. It directed the owner not to cause inconvenience to the tenant who has been paying rent properly until further direction.
