It is known that Mahesh Babu's "Maharshi" has been postponed and a bunch of other films are now rescheduling their release dates. The same is happening with Nani's movie as well.
Natural Star Nani's sports drama 'Jersey' was supposed to clash with Samantha and Naga Chaitanya's 'Majili' on April 5. But as there is no competition from 'Maharshi' in April, Nani opted for a solo release and now, the movie is going to get released on April 19th, 2019. The official confirmation is still awaited. Nani's team has already begun promoting the film. Rumors are also rife that Nani has good relations with Samantha and Chaitanya which is why he is backing out from the clash.
'Jersey' directed by Gowtham Tinnanuri features Shraddha Srinath as the female lead. Anirudh Ravichander is scoring music for the film.
