Vijay Devarakonda to replace Nagarjuna?

Nani made an oath to his fans before the release of Yevade Subramanyam that he will give better films and even though the film did not become huge success, he stood on his promise and the film can be said as the starting point of his resurgence after the debacles of Paisa and Jenda Pai Kapiraju. During the time, he committed to the producers Vyjayanthi Movies to do another film and that has been long delayed as the subject is still not ready.

The makers want to make a multi-starrer with him and another hero, hence the delay. They have approached Akkineni Nagarjuna and the actor agreed to do the movie after hearing to the basic line. Nani also wanted to work with Nagarjuna and the project is said to be starting soon, once both the heroes finish their prior commitments.

But now, with Arjun Reddy becoming a huge success and Vijay Devarakonda emerging as a star, the producers are thinking to bring back the combination of Yevade Subramanyam to the forefront. As Nagarjuna won't agree until he is completely satisfied with the script and also too busy, the producers are thinking about this replacement. An young director will direct the film and Vijay has credited Vyjyanthi banner for giving him his biggest break with Yevade Subramanyam during the time and he is also working in Savitri biopic, Mahanati, the other production of the banner. We do not know the reaction of both the actors yet. Let's wait and see!!
