Mega Fans are unable to digest that Gang Leader title is being re-used by someone outside Mega Compound, that too Natural Star Nani. Say what you may, but Nani is still seen as a star little above than what Rajendra Prasad once was, to be precise in the category of Srikanth and Jagapathi Babu.
That is no mean achievement for Nani and he can aim to grow bigger. But fans and common audiences still don't seem at that level. Hence the backlash.
Now, there is even more as the social media is speculating if the movie will be a comedy as team decided to announce title with a comedian trying to explain the plot.
For starters, this is an unique promotional strategy that no one else used yet but the confusion of the film being a comedy also raised by this teaser only.
This is adding to some negativity that Mega fans have that a strong title of their beloved Megastar Chiranjeevi is being used by another actor and that too for a comedy!
Well, the movie still did not start the regular shoot and by the time full teaser will come out, we may have better opinion and change in perception. As it is a Vikram Kumar film, it won't be too simple. Hence, let's wait.
