Trailer Talk: Dil Me Bas Luk Luk!
By: Tupaki Desk | 28 March 2018 6:46 PM ISTIt is not new for the Bollywood makers to take inspiration from South films. Sometimes they take the remake rights..and sometimes they just take inspiration. Whatever be the case, they change the original content so much that it becomes a mess that hardly comparable with the original. Now, we are going to discuss 'Nanu Ki Jaanu' trailer which was out recently.
'Nanu Ki Jaanu' was directed by Faraz Haider starring Abay Deol. The trailer instantly gives you a hint that it is a horror comedy with funny scenes that arise out of fear of a ghost. Though the trailer may appeal to the Hindi speaking audience for its entertainment quotient, we will be reminded of Telugu film 'Pisachi'. It is known that Tamil film 'Pisassu' was dubbed into Telugu as 'Pisachi' and it was successful. While 'Pisachi' was a horror film sans comedy, 'Nanu Ki Jaanu' is a horror comedy.
It is not known whether the film is an official remake of 'Pisassu' or they have just got 'inspired' from it. Whatever be the case the Bollywood makers have once again proved that they will make a mess of South movies when they attempt to do them in Hindi. Apart from these things, Abhay Deol does a neat job with his role and delivered some funny lines like 'Andar me ek oooo jaisi awaz rehti hai.. dil me bas luk luk..luk luk'.
