Naveen Polishetty & Nagarjuna Wins Dadasaheb Phalke Award

The prestigious Dadasaheb Phalke Awards South 2020 were announced on Thursday and a lot of fan favourites have won big.
Young actor Naveen Polishetty, who fetched appreciation for his brilliant performance in Agent Sai Srinivasa Athreya, has won the prestigious Dadasaheb Phalke award for the best actor 2020 Telugu category. Nagarjuna Akkineni won the award in the 'Most Versatile Actor' Category.
Happening actress Rashmika Mandanna won the Best Actress award for her outstanding acting in Dear Comrade alongside Vijay Devarakonda. Young director Sujeeth's Saaho turned out to be a failure in the South. But the young director has managed to win the prestigious award for his excellent filmmaking skills. Sujeeth won the Best Director award for Saaho. Needless to say, how Thaman has been making his music mark in the South. Not to everyone's surprise, SS Thaman is the Best Music Director.
Natural star Nani starrer Jersey, which happens to be the most loved film for the audience, has won the best film award for 2020. The awards ceremony of Dadasaheb Phalke International Film Festival 2021 will be held at Taj Lands End in Mumbai on 20th February 2021.
