This Director Deserves More Name And Fame: Nawazuddin Siddiqui

The newly released Web Series 'Paatal Lok' has hit the bull's eye. It was declared a hit by all the audience and even Directors are showering praises on the makers.
The Series has great actors like Neeraj Kabi,Gul Panag and Jaideep Ahlawat in the lead. The series was written by Sudip Sharma who has earlier delivered some good content driven films like 'Sonchiriya', 'Udta Punjab' and 'NH 10' to name a few.
The Series is directed by Prosit Roy who directed 'Pari' earlier. The Bollywood actress Anushka Sharma has produced this series and is winning laurels now. She has way back entered production of films. She along with her Brother Karnesh Sharma have produced two films namely 'NH10' and 'Phillauri' under their banner Clean Slate Filmz.
Director Anurag Kashyap who has directed Netflix Hit Series 'Sacred Games' is considered as one of the greatest directors in this generation has heaped praises on the Web Series and said it was the best Indian Web Series he ever watched.
Now, Actor of Sacred Games Nawazuddin Siddiqui in a recent Interview opined that Director Anurag Kashyap deserves more praise and acclaim for his creativity. He is the one who gave actors a new platform called OTT to showcase the real stories that come from Kanpur and Meerut. His raw content has got me the identity as a star now he ended. Moreover the actor said while some creative makers are showing World standards content in OTTs others are just making money with cheap B grade content the actor expressed his concern!
