Nayan and Director living under same roof?

Apparently heroine Nayantara became a stock of all rumours ever since she started her relation with director Vignesh Sivan. After her marriage rumour, here comes another one.
Earlier the buzz has come out that both Nayan and Vignesh got married at a Registrar office in May 2017. Latest one is that they have bought a new house in the posh suburbs of Egmore area in Chennai. We hear that both are living under the same roof from a time.
Currently Nayan has a bunch of films in hand, while Vignesh is directing Surya in his next movie.
