In South Film Industry, if there is any heroine who is revered as Lady Superstar, then it is Nayantara. She has been acting for the past fifteen years but still she is able to keep her place as one of the top heroines. She developed a craze among Telugu, Tamil and Malayalam Industries and maintains her physique like a pro. For the question how are able to maintain your position at the top, for all these years, Nayantara said, "That's not a big thing. Everybody is a beautiful here and luck factor has helped me a lot. That's the reason even though they are better beauties and better actresses than me, I got so much name and fame. I am thankful to my fans for that." When asked about her remuneration and the latest movies, she said, " I don't quote huge amount than I deserve. You've said I am experienced and also one of the Top heroines, so I take my remuneration accordingly. There is no truth in me taking much more than I deserve."
"I've heard people saying, I accept any kind of film if I get hiked remuneration. That's not true at all. When I was just a rookie, even a star like Rajnikanth did not object to act with me. So, why should I? I care about the subject and my role and that is it. I act with each and every one and in my opinion, they too are actors," said the heroine about the rumours of her accepting any kind of a film provided she is given handsome remuneration.
Why are mostly concentrating on heroine-oriented subjects? For this question, Nayantara said, " I'm bored off doing those glamour girl roles and I'm happy that these type heroine oriented roles are coming to me. I'm also glad that these films are working at the box office." Lastly, when asked about marriage, " I'm also thinking about it and if it is a person from Industry, that would be great. Let's see," shared Nayan.
