Nayantara has been the most-sought after actress for female-centric films in Kollywood. Her latest outing 'Kolamavu Kokila' in which she essayed the role of a drug-peddler hit the bull's eye. This Nelson-directorial garnered good reviews and impressive word-of-mouth.
It's the story of a Family who gets involved in the drug peddling due to financial pressures. This film is all about how Kokila, Her ATM Guard Father, Sick Mother and College-Going Sister managed to deal with Cops & Drug Mafia.
Once again Nayantara showed how skillfully she carried the whole movie on her shoulders. Rest of the cast has done a fine job. Dark Humour generated used the backdrop & unusual situations engage the audience. Anirudh's background score is worth mentioning.
