'Nenu Local' stood as the biggest earner among the films of Mid-Range Heroes (if excluded films directed by SS Rajamouli [Eega] & Trivikram [A.Aa]). It raked in a Share of Rs 34.2 crore and Gross of Rs 58 crore.
'Bhale Bhale Magadivoy' was the biggest grosser of Nani until recently. 'Nenu Local' surpassed that benchmark by a healthy margin and established Nani as the most bankable hero for films with budget around Rs 20 crore.
Dil Raju delivered two back-to-back blockbusters in 2017. He bounced back strongly after facing consecutive debacles over the past few years.
