Corona Affect: New Releases To Screen On OTT first

With lockdown, all of the film shootings and releases are postponed indefinitely. All kinds of films, small, medium and huge budget films are on this list. The theatres across the country have been shut down since March. So, the release of some of the notable summer films like Nani's silver jubilee film, V, young Mega hero Vaishnav Tej's debut film, Uppena, Ram's Red and several others have been postponed endlessly.

Now the latest buzz is that some of the filmmakers are thinking of releasing their films directly to the OTT platforms like Netflix, Amazon Prime and others, instead of releasing them in the theatres first.

This news is widely spread in the film circles. No official announcement on this is out yet. If the news is true, then it will be a shocking decision that any filmmaker has ever made.
