For any physics student, Newton is a God. Because of him, the modern physics has taken shape and his laws are the first thing to remember for him. So, if such Newton teaches about Elections, rules and it's importance? Ok, we are not talking about Sci-fi genre film here. This is a pure desi Hindi film starring Rajkumar Rao as Newton.
He is actually Nutan who turned to Newton as his friends commented on his name. Well, he is a government official and he gets the job of a poling officer in a remote rural area in the midst of a thick and huge forest. He is a honest person and he believes that rules guide us. Even his parents do not believe in such a thing but he does.
He leaves from an arranged marriage set up once he gets to know the girl is just 16 years old. Such a man trying to do his job of conducting elections in a rural area amongst the careless policemen, arrogant officers and ignorant public forms the crux of the story. This is an important film for India as many of us have lost the sight about how important voting is. So, this film sugar coated in comedy tells the real importance of it.
