Tollywood actor Nithiin entered the wedlock with Shalini Kandukuri in the latter half of 2020 and the couple has been enjoying togetherness ever since. They are often spotted going on foreign vacations and weekend getaways.
Incidentally, Nithiin and Shalini are having to to stay seperated now as the latter has tested positive for Covid. Shalini is currently in home isolation as she has contracted Covid. But that didn't stop Nithiin from celebrating Shalini's birthday in the most heartening way possible.
In a video shared by Nithiin, he is seen cutting the birthday cake on Shalini's behalf as she watches in joy from her isolation room. Nithiin and Shalini are both seen enjoying the moment in elation despite not being able to celebrate together. This heartwarming video is now going viral on social media.
