Nithin's Remuneration Shrinks 50% In One Year

Film Personalities follow the adage 'Make Hay While The Sun Shines' when things go in their way. At the same time, They will have to adjust according to the situation if there is a collapse of market. That's what happened with Nithin at present!
Until few years ago, Rs 14 crore used to be considered as the safe bet for films starring Nithin. Whereas, Trivikram-directed 'A..Aa' collected a share of around Rs 45 crore. This huge success prompted makers of 'LIE', 'Chal Mohana Ranga' and 'Srinivasa Kalyanam' estimate that Nithin will have a market of Rs 25 to 27 crore in the worst case. Much to their shock, The judgement has gone terribly wrong as none of three films collected over Rs 20 crore. This is why Production Houses who wish to rope Nithin are focussing on tight budget.
Nithin charged Rs 6 crore as his remuneration for 'LIE'. For 'Srinivasa Kalyanam', Dil Raju brought it down to Rs 5 crore citing the failure of 'LIE' and 'Chal Mohan Ranga'. Nithin didn't mind it much as he is need of a successful movie. Failure of 'Srinivasa Kalyanam' brought down the market of Nithin to a new low. Sithara Entertainments which bankrolls his upcoming project 'Bhishma' isn't ready to pay anything more than Rs 3-4 crore. Which means, Remuneration had fallen to 50 percent in just one year. Better if Nithin accepts the reality & move on..!
