No Pan-Indian Plans For Superstar's Next!

Superstar Mahesh Babu is enjoying his family time for the last couple of months. His last film 'Sarkaru Vaari Paata' was released in May and turned out to be a decent success. Now, he teamed up with star writer-director Trivikram Srinivas for an entertainer. The Pooja ceremony was done long back but the movie is yet to go on the floors. Insiders say that the filming will begin from the first week of September and the makers have announced that it will be hitting the screens worldwide on 28th April 2023.
As everyone is aware, the trend of pan-Indian movies is getting bigger in Tollywood. Films like 'Baahubali', 'RRR' and 'Pushpa' did extremely well across the nation. The surprising yet amazing response for Nikhil's 'Karthikeya 2' showcases the craze for Telugu films across the country. Superstar Mahesh has a very good craze in South India and North India for a long time but he stated multiple times that he is not interested in doing other language films.
With pan-Indian films, it is quite easy as one acts in their own language and it will be dubbed into other languages. So, many expected Mahesh to try his luck with pan-Indian movies immediately. But sources say that the superstar is looking to make his mark in the best way possible. Apparently, he wants his first pan-Indian movie to be with India's top director SS Rajamouli.
This is reportedly the reason why his project with Trivikram is going to be a straight Telugu film that may get released in Tamil too. Grapevine suggests that the makers have no interest in making #SSMB28 into a pan-Indian film.
The combo which gave classics like 'Athadu' and 'Khaleja' has reunited again after a gap of 12 years. Pooja Hegde is the heroine and the second heroine is yet to be decided. his movie will feature a stellar cast and the details will be coming out soon. PS Vinod will be cranking the camera while Naveen Nooli is the editor. AS Prakash is the art director. Thaman is the music composer.
