Post a fabulous Day 1, Revenue generation of 'Dear Comrade' only kept dipping further day-by-day. Excessive Trimming didn't improve the collections at all as the negative talk has spread by then. A clear indication of falling short of break-even was noticed on First Monday itself. It got worse in rest of the weekdays and there was no signs of recovery what-so-ever.
5th & 6th Collections of 'Dear Comrade' hasn't even crossed Rs 1 lakh-mark in several districts of AP. Which means, This Vijay Deverakonda and Rashmika Mandanna-starrer makes way for new releases after Week 1.
If not for the craze of Vijay Deverakonda and Aggressive Promotions, 'Dear Comrade' couldn't have managed to collect what it did so far. Buyers, however, will have to bear at least 30 percent losses with full run almost coming to an end.
'Dear Comrade' is certainly not a bad film but lengthy narration and lack of gripping screenplay played the spoilsport. What could be the next move of Vijay Deverakonda?
