No Violation, Only As Per MAA Rules: Jeevitha
By: Tupaki Desk | 16 April 2019 12:07 PM GMTMAA General Secretary Jeevitha declared that all the activities of the association has been happening as per the rules. She issued this clarification in response to the allegations of misusing MAA Fund for Advertisements of Government Schemes.
Jeevitha: 'We have done nothing against the rules. All the office bearers are aware of what's happening. If anybody have doubts, We are willing explain them about the rules if they come to MAA Office. Our Panel promised to extend the benefits of Kalyana Lakshmi to the eligible members in the MAA. That is why we decided to promote that welfare scheme. We spent Rs 7.5 lakh for it. As MAA President Naresh wasn't available at that time, I myself adjusted the payment and that is why we took back that amount of MAA. Nobody else could come up with Ads with such a less expenditure. It's our responsibility to promote such a good scheme when it's beneficial to MAA Members'.
The Former Actress told it's not right on the part of few members who have been sending feelers to media for creating unnecessary issues. She appealed, 'Let's remain united instead of making everything an issue'.
