Dashing director Puri Jagannadh gave a blockbuster with 'Ismart Shankar' last year. He put an end to his flop run at the box-office since 'Temper' with Ram's movie. Now, he is directing crazy hero Vijay Devarakonda which is a Telugu-Hindi bilingual.
Titled as 'Fighter', it is a slick action film made on a grand budget. Puri is producing this flick apart from writing and directing it. Karan Johar is presenting it in Hindi while Ananya Pandey will be seen romancing Vijay in this flick. There are a lot of speculations over Puri's next film after 'Fighter' but nothing has been confirmed yet.
There is a talk that he will be joining hands with his 'Paisa Vasool' hero once again but there is no clarity over it. On the other hand, people indicate about Puri working with his son Akash but we need to wait and see if it becomes true or not. There is a rumor that he may work with Prabhas again after 'Bujjigadu' and 'Ek Niranjan'. But considering the current commitments of Prabhas, it may not be possible in the near future.
