Who is right - Mahesh or NTR?

Two Top Stars of Telugu Cinema responded in a contrast manner on a same issue in a span of 24 Hours. While one of them happens to be Jr NTR, The other one is none other than Mahesh Babu. The issue is about the role being played by Review Writers post the release of movies.
NTR dared to say Review Writers, who according to him possess least knowledge about Cinema, have been declaring that a particular film has bitten dust on Day 1 itself instead of playing the waiting game. Whereas, Mahesh Babu maintained Reviewers are backing good films and writing off bad products.

Was he not aware that Reviews can't alter the fate of a movie and their impact is limited to 10-20% increase/decrease in revenues.
