Big Date: NTR Bigg Boss From July 16

There has been so much buzz on the reality TV show Bigg Boss Telugu version with Young Tiger NTR, ever since the announcement was made by Star Maa. Bigg Boss marks the small screen entry of NTR. Bigg Boss promos were trending nationwide on social media platforms indicating the response. Now, the time has come for the big announcement. Star Maa revealed that Bigg Boss is starting from July 16, Saturday & Sunday 9pm; Monday-Friday 9.30 pm.
The number of celebrity contestants will be 12. These contestants have to stay together for 70 days in a big house with 60 surveillance cameras continuously watching them. The contestants will be cut off from outside world. Star Maa has choosen a dozen participants after screening nearly 100 probables who were keen to participate in the show.
Bigg Boss is the most expensive show in the history of Telugu television. It can be called as a Mega show in Telugu tv because 750 persons will be working on the project at point of time.. and they are using large sets with more than 10,000 sq. ft area.
Analysts are expecting the Bigg Boss show would be a game changer in Telugu TV industry. On the flip side, some people opine that Bigg Boss may not work with South Indian audience as they have conservative, traditional mindset. But it is too early to judge even before the rolling out of the show. Let us hope NTR will make the show a huge sucess with his unmatchable talent & charismatic personality.
