NTR Differs With Allu Arjun About Own Dubbing!
By: Tupaki Desk | 30 Dec 2021 10:48 AM GMTThe fever of pan-Indian films has gripped the entire Tollywood. All the star heroes are now aiming at owning a nationwide market. Allu Arjun is proving his stamina with 'Pushpa' at the Hindi market despite less promotions. Now, it is time for NTR and Charan to get a huge following across India with their upcoming multi-starrer 'RRR' under the direction of SS Rajamouli. We all know how Prabhas became a huge star with 'Baahubali'.
Prabhas did not dub for other versions of 'Bahubali' but he gave his own voice for his next film 'Saaho' and the upcoming 'Radhe Shyam'. While some are lauding his efforts to dub in Hindi, a lot of people criticized his pronunciation and lack of fluency. During the release of ‘Pushpa’, Icon star Allu Arjun made it clear that he dubbed only for the Telugu version but in any other Indian languages. When asked about the reason, he stated, "I don't have any ‘paithyam’ to dub in all the languages. No matter how impressive a non-Telugu artist's Telugu dubbing is, somewhere we feel his dialect and diction are not sounding native. If I dub in Tamil or Hindi, surely I will sound quite different from a native speaker. To avoid that, I've left that dubbing to local talents only to not spoil the greatness of the film."
While he is correct according to a few people, Jr NTR begs to differ. During the promotions of 'RRR', NTR said, "I have watched many of my films dubbed in Hindi. All of them did a good job. It looks so odd when I look at the actor's eyes and some other voice. The experience will be completely different if I dub for the scene in my own voice."
Both star heroes have different opinions and what is interesting is that the two of them are correct to a certain extent. But the majority took the side of NTR and are backing his argument. Nonetheless, NTR and Bunny are good friends and can be united despite having different ideas on the same issue.
'Pushpa' is released on 17th December and it is a huge hit. Bunny performance is being praised by many. On the other hand, NTR is eagerly waiting for 'RRR' as he worked for more than 2 years on this massive film.
