NTR gives his nod for Mahabharatam

Ace Filmmaker SS Rajamouli has always maintained that 'Mahabharatam' is his dream project. In one of his interview, He expressed his wish to cast Jr NTR as Sri Krishna in the Epic though roles of Pandavas & Kauravas will be played by Youngsters.
During the promotions of 'Jai Lava Kusa', Tarak claimed he would accept any role offered to him by Rajamouli in 'Mahabharatam'. It's because of the way he admires every character in the epic & the rapport he shares with Jakkanna, Jr seems to be more than willing to be part of the magnum opus irrespective of what was offered.
Needless to say, Rajamouli is someone who watched the remarkable growth of NTR from 'Student No.1' to 'Jai Lava Kusa'. There is every possibility of casting Jr in a prominent role in the massive project. As Rajamouli have couple of prior commitments, 'Mahabharatam' will only go on floors after 3-4 years. Until then, Nandamuri Fans need to be patient!
