Sukumar's directorial 'Rangasthalam' achieved good talk. Going by the collection figures it is clearly evident that the movie is getting a very good response. Almost all the shows in the first week are Housefull. There is no doubt that the movie is going to create new records at the box office. The target is mainly for breaking non-Bahubali records.
Mythri Movie Makers producers are extremely happy with the response. They have initially planned to complete the film on a moderate budget but they had to increase the budget according to the story demand. Sukumar's re-shoots were also one of the reasons for the increased budget. As the output of the film came out well, the movie achieved a good success. Popular businessmen NTV media owner Narendra Chowdary reportedly became part of 'Rangasthalam'. Chowdary said to have financed Rs.15 crores for 'Rangasthalam'. As the movie is running successful, Mythri Makers producers had a huge relief now. The movie has already crossed 2 million USD mark in the USA. Trade analysts are estimating that 'Rangasthalam's heading towards reaching Rs. 100 crore mark in India.
