Actor separates from Wife after 26 Years

Veteran actor Om Puri and his wife Nandita were granted separation by a family court to bring an end to 26 years of their togetherness.
After Nandita's biography of Om Puri 'Unlikely Hero: The Story of Om Puri' which exposed his past relationships, All isn't well between the couple and they began living separately. Om Puri and Nandita preferred judicial separation sans divorce. They can now only talk about their 18-Year-Old son Ishaan's education and welfare.
Confirming the court order, Om Puri commented clash of sensibilities led to separation and this isn't something unusual.
Under Judicial Separation, The couple are married legally but lives separately and don't interfere in each other's matters. Initially, Om Puri wanted divorce but finally settled for Judicial Separation. At one point, Nandita filed domestic violence case against her husband. Finally, Both of them withdrew all the cases against each other.
