By: Tupaki Desk | 3 Jun 2014 6:42 AM GMTFaded beauty Shriya Saran seems to have found a second wind to her T-Town career. She came to limelight suddenly with Akkineni family Multistarrer Manam that is running successfully all over. The family-entertainer has fetched her critical acclaims for nice portrayal of dual roles.
Now, the navel beauty is getting some good offers in Tollywood and she bagged a biggie. She will be sharing the screen with Venkatesh and Pawan Kalyan soon. Shriya has been roped in Telugu remake of Oh My God in which she is going to pair up with Victory Venkatesh.
The makers of the film have toyed with the names of Sneha, Nayantara and Radhika Apte and finally zeroed out Shriya. Earlier, the duo teamed up together for veteran director K. Raghavendra Raos Subash Chandra Bose and she also sizzled in an item song in Boyapati Srinu directed 'Tulasi'.
In comparison to the original, where Paresh Rawals wife has nothing much to do, Shriyas role is said to be meatier and she will also get to shake a leg with Venky. The regular shooting of the film started from yesterday and Pawan Kalyan, who will play Lord Krishna in the film, will join them from June 10. Kishore Pardasani (Dolly) will wield the megaphone for the remake.
