Producer's '9' sentiment upsets fans

Today actually the teaser of "Oopiri" movie is supposed to release. At least the makers have promised that the Tamil version "Thoza" teaser of this Vamsi Paidipalli teaser will be released. But frankly, the delay is upsetting fans.
After anouncing that the teaser will be released by 2 pm, PVP Cinemas announced a new time, 4:05 pm to release the teaser. Later when the time arrived, they have confirmed that technical issue is delaying the teaser. A new time, 6:03 pm is announced now.
Going by the times announced, we could understand that the producer is having nine sentiment, but when could the fans of Nagarjuna, Karthi and Tamanna could actually see the teaser?
