OTT clash between Bheemla Nayak and Valimai

The big OTT clash is here. Unusually enough, two big South Indian films Bheemla Nayak and Valimai are premiering on OTT on the same day, 25th March.
While Bheemla Nayak will stream on Aha Video and Disney Hotstar from 25th March, Valimai will premiere on ZEE5 on the same day. This indirect OTT clash between these two films is attracting the South Indian OTT audience now.
Valimai is directed by Vinoth. Ajith plays a cop in the film and it has Bollywood beauty Huma Qureshi in the leading lady role. The film was a disaster in the Telugu states.
Bheemla Nayak, as we all know has Pawan Kalyan and Rana in lead roles. The film succeeded at the box office. A month after its theatrical release - 25th February, the film is landing on OTT, 25th April.
Both these films have different target audience and different language audience so there is no direct completion.
ZEE5 is hoping to make it big with Valimai, while Aha and Hotstar are pinning high hopes on Bheemla Nayak.
