Padmavati: 200 Goldsmiths, 400kg Gold, 600 Days!

Sanjay Leela Bhansali's latest film 'Padmavati' starring Deepika Padukone, Shahid Kapoor, Ranveer Singh has grabbed the attention of the film lovers from long and the recently released trailer has raised the expectations of the audience.
Each frame of the trailer is filled with richness and grandeur. The ornaments of Deepika Padukone have become a topic of discussion. Popular jewelry brand Tanishq has specially designed the jewels for the film. 200 goldsmiths from the Padmavati unit of Tanishq said to have exclusively worked on the designs for 600 days and 400 kgs of gold was used for the making of the jewelry.
Apart from Deepika, they have designed gold jewelry for Shahid Kapoor as he played Maharaval Ratan Singh role. Tanishq has recently released the video along with the Padmavati film unit revealing 'behind the scenes' hard work. Watch the making video of Padmavati designs here.
