Director Palnati Surya Pratap tasted failure with 'Current'. Then, He joined as Writer in Sukumar's team and worked for '1 - Nenokkadine'. After penning the story of 'Kumari 21F', Sukumar told to Surya Pratap that he is going to direct his maiden flick as Producer. That's how Kumari 21F happened!

'Kumari 21F' is a bold concept and it doesn't have any message. The film is about travel between a boy & girl after their meeting. Every youth who watches the film could relate to the characters of the lead pair.
This Youthful Entertainer explores an unseen angle in Raj Tharun and he looks completely different this time. Actually, Hebah Patel wasn't the first choice to play the female lead. But things didn't go as per plan and she was replaced with Hebah Patel.
