Senior Tamil actor Sathyaraj impressed Telugu audience with his characters in films like 'Mirchi' etc. He has even acted in Bollywood films like 'Chennai Express' starring Shah Rukh Khan. But it was Kattappa role in 'Baahubali' which got the nation-wide recognition. But his latest character in the upcoming Tamil film 'Party' will surely surprise the audience.
Sathyaraj is doing a funny mafia don role and his name 'Bond' in the film. He donned a rockstar avatar for the film. 'Party' is a thriller directed by Venkat Prabhu who is known for films like 'Saroja'.. 'Biriyani'.. 'Rakshasudu'. Jai, Shaam, Shiva, Jayaram, Nivetha Pethuraj, Ramya Krishna, Regina Cassandra, Sanchita Shetty are playing key roles in the film.
The makers have recently released the teaser. They have shown Modi announcing the demonetization of Rs.500, Rs.1000 currency in the teaser. This gives a hint that the movie is made in the backdrop of demonetisation effect. We have to wait and see how Kattappa impressed the audience with this Bond role.
