By: Tupaki Desk | 2 March 2022 8:41 AM GMTPowerstar Pawan Kalyan's recent action drama 'Bheemla Nayak' has set the cash registers ringing at the box office. Fans are quite elated with the film's success and they are enjoying the aggressive police avatar of Pawan on the big screens. While it is getting very good numbers in both the Telugu states, the collections are even better in the overseas market.
Reports suggest that 'Bheemla Nayak' got around $180k on Tuesday which is fantastic. Overall, the film grossed up to $2.22 million which is the highest grosser in Pawan Kalyan's entire career. His last blockbuster was 'Attarintiki Daredi' but his highest collector till date was 'Agnyathavaasi' which got $2.06 million. Sadly, it was a huge disaster that resulted in losses for the buyers.
'Bheemla Nayak' has already entered the profit zone in the overseas market and it is expected to touch the 2.5 million mark by the end of its run.
However, the collections on Monday were quite low as it minted only $40k. Prabhas still holds the record of having the highest collections on the first Monday with 'Saaho' which earned 254K dollars. 'Bheemla Nayak' picked up drastically on Tuesday which is a good sign for the buyers.
Pawan was seen as police officer Bheemla Nayak while Rana plays the role of Daniel Shekar who is the second lead. Nithya Menen was seen as the wife of Pawan while Samyuktha Menon played the role of Rana's heroine. Produced by Sithara Entertainments, Trivikram penned the dialogues and made changes in the script of 'Ayyappanum Koshiyum' to suit the taste of the Telugu audience. Saagar K Chandra directed this film while Navin Nooli is the editor.
