Why Pawan came back after Jai Hind chant?

Usually, Pawan Kalyan doesn't speak a single word at film events after saying 'Jai Hind'. He, however, spoke for few minutes even after the 'Jai Hind' chant at the audio launch of 'Sapthagiri Express'.
Soon after wishing the whole team of 'Sapthagiri Express' good luck, Pawan Kalyan began walking from there but came back realizing he hasn't spoken about the film's music director Bulganin. Soon, He borrowed the mike to say, 'My Dad used to talk about Bulganin and other Communist Leaders. I liked the melody song played here but felt disappointed when they ended cut it after 30 seconds. Because of the music taste I have, I could foresee Bulganin becoming a great composer one day. Jai Hind!'
Pawan Kalyan has got a special liking for the name of Bulganin which is that of a renowned Communist Leader. He served in various posts of Soviet Union including Defence Minister for Red Army & under Stalin's leadership. He is also the Deputy of Stalin in Council of Ministers. He also visited India in the year 1955.
