PK & his 3rd Wife expecting Second Child

If the sources are to be believed, Pawan Kalyan and his third wife Anna Lezhneva are expecting their second child.
Pawan Kalyan and Anna Lezhneva already have a daughter whom they named as Polena. People who are close to PK disclose that his present wife is currently Pregnant. Are they expecting a Baby Boy now?
Jana Sena Chief have two children (Akira, Aadhya) with his second wife Renu Desai. Even post divorce, He stays in touch with Renu and spends good amount of time with the kids whenever he is free from film and political commitments.
On the film front, PK-Trivikram's Flick is gearing up for Dussehra release. Already, A major schedule planned in Hyderabad has been wrapped up.
