The business of PSPK25 & Spyder is yet to be closed in Overseas because Distributors haven't be willing to offer the fancy prices quoted by the Makers. Almost Rs 20 crore each has been demanded for each of these biggies from Overseas Buyers.
It's an undeniable fact that Mahesh Babu & Pawan Kalyan command a huge fan following and could guarantee earth-shattering openings irrespective of film's content. Still, Rs 20 crore isn't a small amount & huge risk is involved in the deal. At least $4 Million has to be collected for the break-even.
Few Buyers say, 'Such huge risk can't be taken as the profit will be marginal even if the film hits the bull's eye. Every movie can't be a Baahubali! Are we fools to accept such unreasonable deals?'.
While Makers are determined to sell the rights for career-best prices of Mahesh & Pawan, Distributors have been making them wait even though Murugadoss & Trivikram are in control of the project. An acceptable solution for both the parties is expected by the time release date nears.
