By: Tupaki Desk | 20 Jun 2017 6:25 PM ISTThese days, Hindi Audience have been appreciating films of Tollywood Stars. Who could forget the milestones achieved by 'Baahubali' franchise in Hindi-dominant territories so soon? We did witness the overwhelming response to 'Race Gurram' Hindi version as well. This mass entertainer generated over 4 crore views on Youtube so far.
Not a surprise, Leading Hindi Production Houses & Channels were acquiring theatrical and dubbing rights of Star-Studded Telugu Films for fancy prices. There is buzz about 'DJ' Hindi satellite rights fetching Rs 7 crore. And now, Hindi Theatrical & Digital rights of Pawan Kalyan-Trivikram's flick got sold out for a whopping Rs 11 crore.
'Sardaar Gabbar Singh' was released widely in North India. However, The end result is disappointing and even the cost of prints/publicity wasn't recovered. Still, Pawan-Trivikram's Flick managed to do awesome business. A price of Rs 11 crore or more isn't offered to any Telugu flick except 'Baahubali 1' & 'Baahubali 2' till date.
