Now, the latest reports are suggesting that Pawan Kalyan is charging an even bigger sum as his remuneration now.
As per reports, Mythri Movie Makers, who are bankrolling PSPK28 are paying the star actor a remuneration of Rs 60 crores. It is heard that Pawan Kalyan has hiked his remuneration by Rs 10 crores. Only Prabhas charges more than Pawan Kalyan in Tollywood now. The Baahubali star charges as much as Rs 100 crores per project, but that is understandable, given his pan-India superstardom. Now, Pawan Kalyan is charging to the tune of Rs 60 crores for his next project PSPK28.
PSPK28 is one of the highly anticipated films in Telugu cinema now and it banks on the blockbuster combination of Pawan Kalyan and Harish Shankar who previously delivered a blockbuster with Gabbar Singh. With the anticipation surrounding PSPK28 in mind, Myhtri Movie Makers are more than willing to pay Pawan Kalyan a mind-boggling remuneration.
Also, it needs to be noted that Mythri Movie Makers were supposed to work with Pawan Kalyan a long while back. They had even paid him a token remuneration for the project. But things did not fall into place and Pawan eventually returned the advance he took from Mythri Movie Makers. A few years later, here they are, collaborating for PSPK28. The makers met with Pawan Kalyan very recently to discuss the shooting schedules and it is being said that Pawan Kalyan has agreed to join the sets of PSPK28 soon after he is done with Hari Hara Veera Mallu. There are rumors that Pooja Hegde is in consideration for the female lead role in PSPK28, but an official announcement on the same is awaited.
