Pawan & Rana's 'AK' Remake Pushed To Next Year?

After a successful comeback with 'Vakeel Saab', Powerstar Pawan Kalyan wanted to make films quickly and started 'Ayyappanum Koshiyum' remake. The shooting started as soon as he completed the shooting of 'Vakeel Saab' and the team worked at a brisk pace before halting the production. Young and talented Saagar K Chandra is directing this remake and Trivikram has penned the dialogues for it.
Rana Daggubati is playing the other lead in this interesting flick. If things went as planned, the team of 'AK' remake planned to release this film during the Dusshera or Christmas season. But the lockdown due to the second wave of Coronavirus shattered their plans. There is still a lot of shooting left and with a lot of films waiting ahead of it, the makers reportedly shifted the release to next year.
This solid remake has Thaman giving the music while Suryadevara Nagavamsi is the producer. Aishwarya Rajesh will be seen as the heroine beside Rana and there are a lot of prolific actors involved in this project. Rumours suggest that the team is considering the Sankranti festive season but we need to wait and see how things turn out.
