Support for Krish Jagarlamudi kept growing each passing day in the controversy related to 'Manikarnika'.
Actress-turned-Director Pooja Bhatt found fault with Kangana Ranaut for stealing the credit which has to go for Krish Jagarlamudi. 'Money comes and goes, eventually we work for the credit. Acknowledging people's contribution is the first rule of film making,' she opined.
On the other hand, Mishti Chakraborty who played the role of Kashibai in 'Manikarnika' slammed Kangana for chopping her scenes. 'Krish promised a meaty role for Me when I came on board. He even shot some beautiful scenes on me. To my shock, All those went missing in the final cut. Krish is a fantastic director under whom I always wanted to work. That is the reason why I signed the project though it's a secondary character. 5 days before the release, I saw the film and felt cheated. Came to know what has happened after speaking to Krish. Most of the film was shot by Krish. Unfair on part of Kangana to claim she shot 70 percent of the movie,' she said.
