Poonam Pandey Filed A Criminal Case Against Shilpa Shetty's Husband

Poonam Pandey is known for being too bold and for her explicit content as well. She has allegedly once even live streamed a steamy sex session with a fan on her social media profile.
The actress now filed a criminal case against Raj Kundra, Shilpa Shetty's husband saying that his firm is harassing her.
She alleged that Armsprime Media, a media firm that specialises in designing social media apps and handling celebrities has agreed to develop app for her.
But she terminated the contract with the company, after the discussions have failed about revenue sharing model. Post that she has been receiving harassing calls from Saurabh Kushwah, associate of Raj Kundra it seems.
She asked the firm and Saurabh to end the harassment but she is getting more calls, it seems. Raj Kundra replied that he has no connections with the company anymore and even his associate has no ties with it.
He said that he sold his stake to another partner long back. He also claimed that he terminated the contract as the actress wanted to post over the top explicit content on the app and not the other way around.
