Five years after his death, Pop singer Michael Jackson is grabbed top place in Forbes list with his high earnings. Jackson stood in first place in Forbes top-earning dead celebrity list. He earnings estimated as$140 million in the past year for his estate.
Michael Jackson's second posthumous Album "Xscape" debuted at number two on music charts earlier this year. It is Jackson's second straight year who took the top place in this list. He regained the title in 2013, a year after being pushed into second place by actress Elizabeth Taylor in 2012. Forbes prepared the list by talking to estate managers, lawyers and licensor's of celebrities and analyzing estimated posthumous earnings between October 2013-14.Taylor who died in 2011 finished at 4th place in the present list. The total earnings of top 13 people accumulated to $363.5 million.
