It is known that Bollywood is gripped with the biopics fever.. slowly the trend is catching up with Telugu film industry now. Several biopics are on the sets at present and some are in the pre-production stage. Among these biopics, YSR is one of the eagerly awaited films.
It is known that Congress leader and former CM of united AP YS Rajasekhara Reddy is a legendary leader in his own right. Mahi V. Raghava is directing the biopic and it is titled 'Yatra' reminding the famous Padayatra YSR has taken up before the elections. Malayalam Superstar Mammootty is playing YSR character in the biopic. The makers have recently released the first look poster with Mammootty in YSR getup. There is so much curiosity about other characters in his life now.
Director Mahi V. Raghava recently revealed that popular writer cum actor Posani Muralikrishna will play a crucial role in the film. But he didn't reveal which character he is doing in the film. On the other hand, there are rumours about Surya doing Jaganmohan Reddy character but the director has denied any such proposal. We have to wait for some more time to know about the other characters.
