Power Star Finally Gets A Heroine

The makers of Pawan Kalyan's latest film, 'Vakeel Saab' have struggled a lot to figure out a leading lady for Pawan Kalyan. They reportedly contacted actresses like Ileana, Pooja Hegde to Lavanya Tripathi before zeroing on Shruti Haasan.
Shruti Haasan is said to have signed the contract for the film. She has earlier acted in films like 'Gabbar Singh' and 'Katama Rayudu' with Pawan Kalyan. Makers are happy with their choice as the comfort levels will be great in this film. 'Vakeel Saab' is a lawyer's story who decides to stand by three ladies who are deprived of justice.
'Vakeel Saab' is an official remake of Bollywood hit film 'Pink'. In the original, Amitabh Bachchan doesn't have a heroine and he acted his age. The Tollywood makers have added minor changes to the script to suit the sky-high commercial image of Pawan Kalyan.
'Vakeel Saab' has Nivetha Thomas, Anjali and Ananya ('Mallesham' fame) starring in the pivotal roles. The film was scheduled to hit the screens on May 15th but the plans shattered due to the outbreak of COVID-19 and the makers are now in search of a new release date!
