Power title for Dookudu remake

Dookudu is a super duper hit film in Telugu from the team of Mahesh Babu, Samantha and Srinu Vaitla. The action comedy entertainer is getting remade in Kannada with Karanataka Power Star Puneet Rajkumar reprising the Mahesh Babu role.The film shooting got finished and it was about to hit the screens.
The makers of the film have been hunting for the right title for the film a while now and sources say that wait has finally come to end. Puneet RajKumar in Kannada industry is referred to as Power Star, and the makers would like to name the film after the starÂ’s title.
According to sources, the filmmakers have submitted the title Power Star to the Karnataka Film Chamber of Commerce, but it was found that the film was already registered. So the makers have now come with smart idea and renamed it to Power *.
Trisha is paired with superstar Puneeth Rajkumar in the remake, which will also introduce composer S.S. Thaman, who composed the tunes for "Dookudu", to Kannada film industry. Mahesh Babu-starrer "Dookudu" catapulted the image of Samantha Ruth Prabhu, and director Madesh hopes that the same happens for Trisha with the remake.
