When Bollywood star heroes are doing at least one movie per year, Prabhas is taking minimum 2 years to complete a film. He invested 5 years to complete the 2 parts of Baahubali. Later, he signed the project with director Sujeeth and the shooting of this movie has been going on for a long time.
After Mirchi movie, Prabhas accepted Rajamouli's Baahubali script and the shooting started in 2013. It took 2 years to complete and Baahubali: The Conclusion movie took another 2 years to get released. Being a commercial hero, it is a risk for taking so much time in doing one movie. The blockbuster of Baahubali made Prabhas internationally popular and the fand also got so happy seeing his popularity. They also want to see Prabhas on screen again. After Baahubali, Prabhas accepted Sujeeth'd Sahoo movie. As it is a new director, everyone thought that movie will get completed very soon. However, it took a long time to complete the script as well. As the team failed to get permission from the Dubai government, the shooting got even more delated. The movie which was supposed to get released this year is postponed to Sankranti 2019.
The fans have to wait for a few more months to watch him on screen again which is making them frustrated. It has been 16 years since Prabhas's entry into the industry but he only did 18 movies till now. He is the only Tollywood hero who has been doing movies very lately.
