Prabhas Fans In For A Treat On 15th October!

The trend of re-releases is going on in Tollywood at the moment. It all started with fans having special shows of 'Pokiri' re-mastered version on the occasion of Mahesh's birthday. This iconic film was re-released in hundreds of theatres across the Telugu states. It gained a phenomenal reception and Pawan Kalyan fans followed it up with the re-release of 'Jalsa'. This trend became popular and movies like 'Chenna Keshava Reddy', '3', 'Gharana Mogudu' and others were also released again in recent times.
According to reports, Prabhas is going to give a special treat to his fans. He is reportedly planning a re-release of 'Rebel' movie on 15th October. This means that Prabhas is going to provide a delicious feast for his fans during the next weekend with the mass entertainer. With Krishnam Raju passing away recently, Prabhas reportedly thought that 'Rebel' is the right film to re-release as the action entertainer has the senior actor playing a key role.
This mass masala commercial flick was released in 2012 and ended up as a failure. Directed by Raghava Lawrence, the film was bashed for its routine story and predictable proceedings. Prabhas' macho looks, Tamannaah's unlimited glamour show and high-octane action sequences were the only plus points in the film. Despite the film being a disappointment, even fans feel that it is the right movie to pay tribute to the senior hero Krishnam Raju sir. Let us wait and see what happens.
As we know, Prabhas is working on 'Salaar' under Prasanth Neel's direction. Shruti Hassan is the female lead in 'Salaar' while Ravi Basrur is composing the music. Homebale Films are bankrolling this project. Jagapathi Babu is playing a key role in 'Salaar' too. The other technical team includes Ujwal Kulkarni, Karthik, Ramarao, Anbariv, Bhuvan Gowda, Shiva Kumar and others.
Coming to 'Project K', it is directed by acclaimed filmmaker Nag Ashwin over a budget of 500 crores. Deepika Padukone is the female lead while Big B is playing a key role. Dani Sanchez Lopez is the cinematographer while Mickey J Meyer is the music composer. There are massive expectations on this project.
On the other hand, 'Adipurush' is releasing on 12th January 2023. Directed by Om Raut, the teaser got a lot of criticism for its visuals and we need to wait and see what happens. Kriti Sanon will be seen as Sita while Saif Ali Khan plays the role of antagonist Lankesh in this massive project.
