Project K: Prabhas Finally Delivers Good News To Nag Ashwin

Prabhas and Nag Ashwin's Project K was supposed to commence earlier this year, but that did not happen for undisclosed reasons. The project was finally launched a couple of months ago and now, the unit is all geared up to commence the shoot. Prabhas has agreed to allot bulk dates for the project and he will be joining the sets this November, say sources close to Project K unit. Apparently, the opening schedule of Project K will commence by the end of November and more affirmative details about the same will be out in the days to follow.
Prabhas is close to completing Adipurush, which is in the final leg of the shoot and he has decided to shift his full focus onto Project K which has been in the pre-production phase for over a year now. He has finally delivered good news to Nag Ashwin that he will take the project onto the floors as early as this November. Nag Ashwin is currently busy with the pre production works and he is setting the stage for the opening schedule.
Once Project K hits the floors, the shooting will go on without any major breaks for the next 10 months or so. Prabhas, Deepika Padukone, and Amitabh Bachchan have agreed to allot bulk dates for the prestigious project. The idea is to complete the majority of the filming at a stretch. The fact that the schedule will go on for around 10 months proves the same. Vyjyanthi Movies have allotted a massive budget for the project and it will be mounted on a lavish scale.
Project K will be Prabhas's immediate next release after Salaar and Adipurush. The much-awaited sci-fi thriller will have a largely futuristic plot and Nag Ashwin says it will be a pan-world film. It will also mark the coming together of some of Indian cinema's biggest superstars Prabhas, Deepika Padukone, and Amitabh Bachchan. In all likelihood, Project K will be under production all through 2022 and it might hit the silver screens only towards the end of 2023. It will be one of the costliest projects in Indian cinema.
